5.1 Introduction

This chapter contains information on diagnosing and correcting problems specific to the servlets running in the servlet container. Note that the diagnostics in this chapter assume that the Agent has logging enabled.

Each section of this chapter presents a different problem. To troubleshoot a problem in that section, check the symptom entries for a symptom that matches the problem. This chapter concentrates on problems that result from misconfiguration of the servlet container itself. For problems with your compiler, Web server, or operating system, see the documentation for those products.
