4.3 Generate Code

Now let's generate code with the edited WSDL. (If you haven't set your environment for using HydraExpress, first follow the instructions in Chapter 2, "Installation," in the HydraExpress User's Guide.)

To generate code:

1. Open a command prompt and navigate to your <installdir>\tutorials\HelloWorld\ directory.

2. Then generate code using the new HelloWorldExtended.wsdl file.

prompt>rwsfgen -projectname Extended HelloWorldExtended.wsdl

HydraExpress creates a project titled HelloWorldExtended and places the generated code into the directory Extended.

HydraExpress supports only file paths without spaces, so when creating your directory names and structure, do not include spaces.
