Class ConfigurationHandler defines an interface for reading configuration binding information from configuration files. To use a custom ConfigurationHandler, it must be loaded in file RWSF_HOME/conf/config-manager-init.xml.

Each configuration handler is responsible for recognizing the type of configuration file it needs to load. In addition, it needs to parse any startup configuration data on init.

Configuration files are loaded on a per project basis from PROJECT_HOME/wsdl. When a project is loaded, the loadBindingDirectory() method is called for every configuration handler.
