7.5 Hessenberg and Balance Decompositions

The Hessenberg and balance decompositions are needed less often than the Schur decomposition. The main use of Hessenberg and balance decompositions is internal to the Linear Algebra Module. If you need to use these objects explicitly, see the Linear Algebra Module Reference Guide for details.
