On Windows, run the batch file rcb.bat in the RCB application root directory by doing one of the following:
Select RCB from the Start menu.
Double-click the batch file from Explorer.
From a DOS prompt, change to the rcb_install\bin directory and enter rcb.
On UNIX, change to the rcb_install/bin directory and enter rcb.
Regardless of your operating system, the Welcome Screen appears once the batch file is executed.
Click Next to continue.
