You will save time if you do the following before you contact us:

1. Isolate the problem.

Isolate the problem to the smallest test case possible, if applicable. Short code is easier to understand, transmit, and verify.

2. Check the documentation.

3. Collect your information.

• Your name and company.

• This product's serial number: from the email that came with your Web purchase, from your CD unlock label, from your disk label, or from your system administrator. You can also see the license numbers for the products you own on the "Your Account" page on the Web site.

• This product's version number, from the top of the readme file.

• Your compiler and operating system, and their version numbers.
