The Threads.h++ example programs include makefiles that you can use as patterns for your application makefiles. Rogue Wave strongly recommends that you copy and modify them. If you have compiled the Threads.h++ examples, the makefiles are located in this directory and its subdirectories:
rw_root\workspaces\OS+ver\COMPILER+ver\buildtype\examples\thrver+osfam
