NETWORKDAYS(S, E, H)
This function returns the number of whole working days, beginning with S and ending with E, excluding days in H and weekends.
Parameters
S
Starting date, a date/time value
E
Ending date, a date/time value
H
A range of dates to exclude, such as holidays

NETWORKDAYS(DATE(93, 1, 1), DATE(93, 12, 31)) = 261
