Sets all the label vectors for the whole block so that the labels all rest at right angles to the line between m_ptStart and m_ptEnd unless the new style setting for AutoOrientation is set. When the AutoOrientation flag is FALSE, the stored orientation and location point for the block is applied to all labels.
