Inserts the given character at the current location.

This method is called by the SECEditController::OnChar handler.

Developer Notes

OnChar takes the current character, places it in strChar, and calls this method. OnChar will buffer up the first byte of a multibyte character and combine it with the trailing byte before calling DoInsertChar.
