Return the type of the given character

Return Value
Returns the type of the given character
Parameters
nChar
The character whose type to determine.
bReturnWhitespace
If FALSE, nChar will be checked to see if it is a deleimiter or not. If bReturnWhitespace is TRUE, the function will check to see if nChar is a whitespace character.
