CGDIPen::CGDIPen(HPEN h, bool bOwn)
Attach constructor. Initializes a new instance of CGDIPen and optionally attaches a previously existing pen handle. The ownership of this handle is determined by the bOwn parameter.

Handle to existing GDI pen, or NULL if the object is being created in detached state.
bOwn
Ownership flag. If true, this instance takes ownership of the handle, otherwise the instance just wraps the handle but does not control its life time.
