Altering Standard I/O
Use the controls within the Standard I/O page to alter standard input, output, and error. In all cases, you name the file to which TotalView will write or from which TotalView will read information. Other controls tell TotalView that it should append to an existing file if one exists instead of overwriting it and if it should merge standard out and standard error to the same stream.
