This chapter describes the PV‑WAVE GTGRID functions and procedures. After installing and initializing PV‑WAVE GTGRID, you can access the GTGRID functions from the PV-WAVE command line or use them in a PV‑WAVE application.
This chapter describes the following functions and procedures:
* GTDESTROYSURF Procedure—Releases all allocated memory space associated with a specified surface.
* GTGETBOUNDS Function—Retrieves the 3D bounding box from a gridded surface.
* GTGETFAULTS Function—Retrieves the fault lines from a surface.
* GTGETGRID Function—Retrieves the grid matrix from a surface.
* GTGETSURFS Function—Lists the IDs of all currently active surfaces.
* GTGETVALUE Function—Returns the value at a specified coordinate on the surface.
* GTGRID Function—Produces an evenly sampled grid from scattered data.
* GTINSTALLSURF Function—Creates a surface from grid and fault lines.
* GTRESTORESURF Function—Restores a previously saved surface.
* GTSAVESURF Procedure—Saves a surface to disk.
