Use this dialog box to load a graphics file into the Image Processing Navigator.

Image File—Use this text field to enter the name of the image file that you wish to open. If you selected a file with the Browse dialog box, the name of the file will appear in this text field.

File Filter—Select the type of image file you want to open. The file type you select is used by the Browse dialog box to filter files. Click here for a here of supported image types.

Browse—Opens the Browse dialog box, which you can use to search through directories and select image files.

Read—Click this button to read the image file. When a file is read, a variable is created for it. The variable name is automatically added to the variable list in the Image Processing Navigator.

Preview—Opens an image preview window. The image preview window displays the selected image without creating a variable for it.

Cancel—Dismiss the dialog box without taking any action.

Help—Display online help on the dialog box.
