Printer Setup Dialog Box
Printer Type—Select the type of output device: Postscript, CGM, PCL, or HPGL.
Options—Displays a dialog box that lets you set options for the selected Printer Type.
Print—Click this button to print the graphics view area.
Queue Name
UNIX—Enter the name of the queue for the desired printer.
Windows—Enter the name of the print device, such as
LPT1 for a parallel port attached to the printer,
COM1 for a serial port, or
\\server\printer for a printer attached to the network. The default is
LPT1.
Enter the name of the port to which the printer is attached. The default is
LPT1.
Print to File—Select the button and enter the name of a file in which to save the graphics view area. The file’s format will match the Printer Type selected: Postscript, CGM, PCL, or HPGL.
Browse—Bring up a
file selection tool for specifying the directory and filename for the print file.
OK—Save the printer setups and exit the dialog box.
Apply—Save the printer setups, but do not exit the dialog box.
Cancel—Dismiss the dialog box without taking any action.
Help—Display online Help on the dialog box.
