Selecting Data Points in a Table
When you select one or more table cells by “highlighting” the cell(s), you can:
*View the selected data in another VDA Tool that is displaying the same variable
*Globally change the current values of the selected data to a single value.
The procedures for selecting (highlighting) data points in WzTable Tool are:
*To select a single cell, click MB2 on the cell.

note
The current cell cannot be selected for highlighting with MB2. To select the current cell with MB2, you must make a different cell the current cell.
*To highlight additional cells when one or more cells are already highlighted, hold <Shift> or <Ctrl> and click MB2 on another cell.
*To highlight an area of contiguous cells, click and hold MB2 on a cell, then drag MB2 to the cell at the far corner of the desired area.
*To highlight an additional area of contiguous cells, hold <Shift>, then click and drag MB2 to the cell at the far corner of the additional area.
*To highlight an entire column of cells, click MB2 on the column’s label.
*To highlight an entire row of cells, click MB2 on the row’s label.

note
The data points included in the highlighted cells in the table are also highlighted in the other VDA Tool view windows displaying the same variable.
