Associating Variables from VDA Tools
Use the Associated with Tool(s) function to pull variables from selected VDA Tools into the WzVariable Tool. This function is useful if you have several VDA Tools active and you want to display all of their variables at once in a WzVariable Tool.
To associate variables from active VDA Tools with the WzVariable Tool, follow these steps:
1. Choose Options=>Associated with Tool(s). The Associated with Tool(s) dialog box appears.
2. In the dialog box, select the names of one or more VDA Tools.
3. Click OK or Apply to pull the variables from the selected VDA Tools into the WzVariable Tool.

note
When you associate variables from VDA Tools with the WzVariable Tool, any variables that were previously listed in the WzVariable Tool are replaced by the associated variables. To redisplay the original variables, bring up the Associated with Tool(s) dialog box and unselect any selected VDA Tools. When you click OK, the WzVariable Tool variable list displays the original set of variables.
