You must provide the path to the Rogue Wave buildspace that contains the header files for your required libraries. For information about how to do this, see “More About Include Path.”
In addition, you must supply the path to the ICU’s include directory. For example,
-Iicu-root-dir/include
where icu-root-dir is the location where your ICU distribution is installed. If you are using the Rogue Wave-provided ICU distribution, see “Location” for the location of those libraries.
