1.6 Technical Support

Software Technical Support is available to customers who have a valid Maintenance and Support contract for any Rogue Wave product. Please contact Technical Support according to the terms of your Rogue Wave License Agreement for your support level: Basic, Premium, or Enterprise.

The Rogue Wave Web site recently redesigned its Support page, and re-registering is required. Please read our New Web site Transition Note (www.roguewave.com/support/customer-portal.aspx) if your web account was established prior to February 2011.

Before entering a support request, check the online Knowledge Base. In many cases, your technical support question has already been answered in the Knowledge Base. This valuable resource is provided as a convenience for our customers, and provides technical answers to many frequently asked questions.
