XmlException defines a base exception class for all exceptions related to the XML subsystem.

XmlException(const rwsf::ExceptionInfo & eInfo);

Construct a general XML exception with an empty message.

    const rwsf::LocalizedMessage & msg);

Construct a general XML exception with the given message.

Reimplements method in rwsf::Exception

Base class documentation:

Creates a new copy of self on the heap. Overridden in derived classes to construct an instance of the correct derived type. It is up to the user to ensure that the returned Exception object is deleted.

Implementation documentation:

Creates a new instance of self on the heap, and returns the pointer to the user. The user is resposible for deallocating the associated memory.
