Reusing buildspec files from an older version of RCB within a newer installation is not a supported feature. Though the RCB GUI will not automatically reject a buildspec created by a prior version of RCB, running or modifying these older buildspecs is not expected to work in most cases.
If you need help migrating to RCB from Software Parts Manager (SPM), an earlier tool used to build SourcePro, please contact technical support according to the terms of your support contract.
